hey guys, i know there was a big lok leak this weekend and i guess i feel like i should comment in some way since so many of you still follow this blog (even though i’m very inactive at the moment). i honestly don’t care about lok anymore at all. they could show old zutara getting married and riding off into the sunset and tbh i wouldn’t even be surprised or upset cause i really have zero expectations from bryke/lok anymore. i wish i could muster up any enthusiasm for this show for my followers who are still around, but it’s just not there and i don’t think it ever will be there again? it sucks but i’ve really just moved on from the avatar universe at this point mostly because of how bryke has handled lok.

i’ll always love kataang, they are still one of my all-time otps and that won’t change. but other than occasionally popping in to reblog some comic stuff when it comes out, i most likely won’t be very active on this blog anymore. i just don’t feel like putting in time or energy into a show where the creators have so little care for its characters and its world. you can feel free to unfollow, i totally understand. i had a good time running this blog and i appreciate all my lovely followers for sticking around. thanks.

I don’t care what the writers say. Aang was a great dad— it’s not in his personality to be neglectful. Even if he got carried away by his duties, or showed more attention to Tenzin later on, then Katara would have put him in his place. It’s not in her nature to LET him be a neglectful dad—especially since Katara knows personally how painful it is to have a father be constantly gone due to his “duties.”
They may have had their ups and downs, like any other family, but they were happy and supportive and together.
